Qualifications

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in science and engineering;

2. 5 years or above business related work experience;

3. Familiar with business letters, bidding document preparation, contract drafting, etc.;

4. Good at business negotiation, good communication and coordination ability and external public relations ability; have deep industry customer resources, strong market development ability, good at customer relationship management, and promote the implementation of projects;

5. Honest and trustworthy, responsible, careful and patient.

Job Responsibilities

1. In-depth understanding of the company's business strategy, business model and demand scenarios, develop commercial industry customers, and complete business goals;

2. Responsible for the establishment, maintenance and improvement of customer relationships, do a good job in middle and high-level customer relationships, and improve customer satisfaction;

3. Responsible for helping customers familiarize themselves with the company's products, driving customers' understanding and use of products, being good at listening, communicating and recording feedback in a timely manner, and coordinating product managers and technical teams to establish a closed loop of product optimization feedback to improve overall user experience and competitiveness;

4. Familiar with the operation process and specifications of system integration projects, and have experience in large project management;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader;
