Product characteristics of silicone rubber sealing strip

      1. Heat resistance: Silicone rubber has better heat resistance than ordinary rubber. It can work almost forever at 150 degrees without performance changes; it can be used continuously for 10,000 hours under 200 degrees; it can be used for a period of time at 350 degrees.

       2. Cold resistance: ordinary rubber has a delay of -20--30 degrees, while silicone rubber has better elasticity at -60-70 degrees. Some specially formulated silicone rubbers can also withstand extremely low temperatures.

       3. Insulation: Silicone rubber strip has high resistivity, and its resistance remains stable in a wide temperature and frequency range, and silicone rubber has good resistance to high-voltage corona discharge and arc.

       4. Conductivity: When conductive materials are added, silicone rubber has good conductivity.

       5. Flame retardancy: Silicone rubber itself is flammable, but when a small amount of flame retardant is added, it has flame retardant and self-retaining properties, and because of the organic compound of silicone rubber cloth, it does not emit smoke or emit poisonous gas when burning.
